When purchasing fasteners, you naturally expect outstanding quality. Nestinox implemented a number of mechanisms to ensure that you are guaranteed to receive high-quality fasteners.

 

ISO certified production

Nestinox has partnerships with ISO certified manufacturers. This means that a valid ISO certificate is a number one prerequisite during the selection process for potential partners.

 

Inflow control

The articles will be randomly checked upon receipt. The accuracy of their size and dimensions is verified using slide rules and gauges. Scales are used or manual counts are performed to determine whether the number of items mentioned on the label corresponds to the number in the packaging. The material of the products is also tested: certain testing equipment is used to verify whether the item is of category A1, A2 or A4. In case of doubt, help from an external test lab may be required.

 

Outflow control

Nestinox uses a location management system, which reduces the risk of wrong articles being selected by the person who assembles the order. The person who packs the order – not the same person as the one assembling it – will also verify the final order. The warehouse manager randomly checks parcels that are ready to be shipped, paying extra attention to the observance of wrapping instructions.
